Valentine's Day Weddings at Tower City 2017
Twenty-three couples tied the knot on Valentine’s Day as the Cleveland Municipal Court celebrated the special day for the 9th consecutive year at Tower City. The Honorable Lauren C. Moore, the Honorable Emanuella Groves, the Honorable Pinkey S. Carr, the Honorable Janet Rath Colaluca, the Honorable Jimmy L. Jackson, Jr., the Honorable Michael R. Sliwinski and the Honorable Joseph J. Zone presided over the ceremonies.
