The Cleveland Municipal Court now accepts criminal case eFiling via email.  

Please send your criminal eFiling motions to [email protected]. Motions must be filed before the court date.

Please note, we cannot accept eFiling motions for expungements, sealing of records, administrative license suspensions (ALS) and driving privileges. These must be filed in person.
