CLEVELAND, OH – July 21, 2025 – Big news for Cleveland! The Cleveland Municipal Court's Judge Larry A. Jones Drug Court has officially achieved Final Certification from the Supreme Court of Ohio. This prestigious approval, valid through December 31, 2027, celebrates the docket's powerful work in transforming lives and fostering a healthier community.

(Cleveland) – The 79th Graduation Ceremony of the Judge Larry A. Jones Drug Court, now under the direction of Cleveland Municipal Court Administrative and Presiding Judge Michelle D. Earley will take place at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Community Assessment and Treatment Services (CATS), located at 8411 Broadway Avenue in Cleveland.

(Columbus) -- The Mental Health Specialized Docket of the Cleveland Municipal Court has earned final certification from the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Specialized Dockets. To receive the certification, a local court submits a detailed application, undergoes a visit and report on its practices, and provides specific program materials in response to certification standards that went into effect in January 2014.

(Cleveland, Ohio) -- Cleveland Mayor Justin M. Bibb will be joining the Honorable Lauren C. Moore, along with several judges from the Cleveland Municipal Court on February 14, 2024 to officiate weddings on Valentine’s Day.

(Cleveland) – The 75th Graduation Ceremony of the Judge Larry A. Jones Drug Court, under the direction of Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Lauren C. Moore took place Monday, October 30, 2023 at the Rocky River Municipal Court.

Magistrate and former common pleas judge Mark Majer was appointed today as a judge for the Cleveland Municipal Court.

The Cleveland Municipal Court will be officiating a Valentine’s Day wedding at the Justice Center in the 11:00 am hour on February 14, 2023.
