Please be informed that, effective 8/10/2026, Cleveland Municipal Court court costs increased as outlined in the following administrative orders:

Administrative Order - Amendment to Cleveland Municipal Court Local Rule 17, Schedule D – General Division Criminal Costs and Filing Fees

This decision has been made to ensure the continued efficiency and effectiveness of our court services. Cleveland Municipal Court court costs can be viewed on our website under local rule 17 schedules C and D.
