WHAT: The Cleveland Municipal Court will be officiating a Valentine’s Day wedding at the Justice Center in the 11:00 am hour on February 14, 2023. Any other couple interested must arrange for their marriage license by 4:00 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2023. The license can be obtained at the Cuyahoga County Courthouse, located on One Lakeside Avenue, Room 146. There is a $60.00 charge for the license. Couples must then register and pay a $20.00 dollar certificate fee to the Cleveland Clerk of Court, located on the second floor of the Justice Center. Both the County Marriage License Bureau and the Cleveland Municipal Clerk of Court accept CASH only for their marriage fees.
