Securing Private Data & Making Public Information More Easily Available

The Cleveland Integrated Justice Information System (CIJIS) Department is responsible for maintaining all the court's technology and information security needs—both to support current daily operations as well as help the court plan ahead for future needs. The department’s work also helps make the court’s business more accessible to the public as well as help to ensure that private information remains private.

The department also serves more than 400 internal end users in these areas, among others:

• Maintaining the case management system
• Telephone / voicemail System
• Internet / intranet
• System security and stability
• Interfaces with our partner agencies
