Due to the dangerously cold weather conditions, the General Division of the Cleveland Municipal Court and the Cleveland Municipal Housing Court will be closed Friday, February 20, 2015.
All arraignment criminal, traffic and continued cases scheduled for the General Division will be rescheduled for the same time on Friday, March 6, 2015.
All Housing Court cases that were scheduled for February 20, 2015 will be heard Friday, February 27, 2015. For more information, call 216 664-4295
All parties of Cleveland Municipal Court civil cases will be notified by mail of their next scheduled court date.
Scheduled cases before Judge Emanuella Groves will be continued to March 6, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
Scheduled cases before Judge Ed Wade will be continued to March 23, 2015 at 8:30 a.m.
Weddings: Those with weddings scheduled for February 20, 2015 are being asked to call the Clerk’s office on Monday, February 23, 2015 to reschedule the ceremony. That number is: 216 664-4812.
Please Note: The Cleveland Municipal Court Clerk of Courts Office will still be accepting payments for tickets and bonds on the Third Floor of the Justice Center. The One Stop Impound Lot and Payment Center on Quigley Road will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
