(Cleveland) – Due to the extreme weather conditions forecast for Northeast Ohio for the next two days, all criminal cases scheduled on the personal dockets of the judges on the Cleveland Municipal Court for Wednesday, January 30, 2019 are being rescheduled for Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at the originally set time, unless otherwise scheduled.

(Cleveland) – Due to the extreme weather conditions forecast for Northeast Ohio for the next two days, all criminal cases scheduled on the personal dockets of the judges on the Cleveland Municipal Court for Wednesday, January 30, 2019 are being rescheduled for Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at the originally set time, unless otherwise scheduled.
Subsequently, all criminal cases scheduled on the personal dockets for Thursday, January 31, 2019, will be rescheduled for Thursday, February 28, 2019.
The cases set for the third floor arraignment docket on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 will be rescheduled for Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the originally scheduled time and the cases set for Thursday, January 31, 2019 will be rescheduled for Thursday, February 7, 2019.
The Clerk of Court is being ordered to summons, via ordinary U.S. Postal Service, all defendants whose appearances are cancelled on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 and Thursday, January 31, 2019. The summonses shall order each defendant to appear in accordance with the appropriate docket.
Anyone involved in a civil case scheduled to appear on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 and Thursday, January 31, 2019 shall be sent a new notice via ordinary U. S. Postal Service for the newly assigned date.
