Time to Pay Agreement for Payment of Fine and Court Costs

Should you default on the Time to Pay Agreement; that is fail to make the required payment by the due date, the agreement will be cancelled.

The information below is required. Failure to accurately respond and/or complete the following will result in the denial of participation in the Time to Pay Agreement.

By enrolling in the Time to Pay Agreement:

• I understand that if I fail to meet the terms of this agreement:

1. My driver's license may be forfeited;
2. My vehicles(s) may be subjected to a registration hold;
3. A civil judgment for the collection of the fine and/or costs may be rendered against me.

• During the period covered by the time to pay agreement, it is my responsibility to keep my address current with the Cleveland Municipal Court/Clerk of Court.
