The Honorable Emanuella Groves, Chairperson, and the Honorable Lauren C. Moore, Co-Chairperson, presided over the 2016 Graduation Ceremony and Ten Year Anniversary of the Get on Track Program on Thursday, September 15th at Cuyahoga Community College's Metropolitan Campus. Mr. Earle B. Turner, Clerk of Court, delivered the keynote address. Twenty-five graduates were celebrated with the following receiving special recognition: Reginald Overton, Most Accomplished; Deyanira Canales, Overcame Most Obstacles; Natasha Cornelius, Most Committed; Cody Bently, Earned Shortest Time.

Judge Groves and Judge Moore started the Get on Track Program, which has been instrumental in changing the lives of over 600 graduates. According to Judge Groves, "If you can impact just one individual's life, that one individual has a family and hopefully they're impacting their family and raising the bar in our community. There's no question that as long as we have more people educated in our community, we're going to have a stronger community."
