In Collaboration with the City of Cleveland Dept. of Public Health
On Wednesday, May 27, 2015 the Pathways to Wellness Collaboration sponsored the Total Wellness Health and Education Fair in conjunction with Cleveland Municipal Court Specialized Dockets: Greater Cleveland Drug Court, Veterans Treatment Docket, Mental Health Docket and Human Trafficking Docket.
This free event took place at Community Assessment and Treatment Services at 8411 Broadway Avenue in Cleveland and provided health screenings, eye and dental exams and information on other services such as educational opportunities.
