Congratulations to the five recent graduates of the Freedom Lives in You (F.L.Y.) Human Trafficking Docket who, under the direction of the Honorable Marilyn B. Thank you to all involved in this program with special thanks to Cleveland Municipal Court Deputy Bailiff Diane Richardson, whose passionate dedication to the Human Trafficking Specialized Docket has been a valued resource within its operations.

The Human Trafficking Specialized Docket (HTSD) was developed to address the needs of adult victims of human trafficking who are forced, compelled or coerced to engage in criminal activities that result in their involvement with the criminal justice system.
