Rule 18. Forms, Entries and Abbreviations
18.01 Standardization of Civil Entries
The standardized criminal docket entries have been approved by the court. Said entries may be made by means of stamps, abbreviations or electronic data entry. A list of forms, entries and computer codes are available in the Clerk of Court Criminal Division and the Central Scheduling Department.
18.02 Standardization of Criminal Entries

18.03 Deviations
No form entry or abbreviation, other than those approved by the court, shall be placed on the docket. The Clerk of Court shall cause any non-conforming form entry or abbreviation to be referred to the judge or magistrate who made it for correction. Should that judge or magistrate be unavailable or unwilling to correct the entry, the Clerk of Court shall refer the matter to the administrative judge for review and action.
