(Cleveland) – On Friday, August 15, Cleveland Municipal Judge Emanuella Groves talked with WCPN’s Tony Ganzer about the effect of curfew laws.  Under Judge Groves’ leadership, the Cleveland Municipal Court started the ROCK program in 2012 as a means to educate the community on curfew laws and hold parents responsible for their child’s education, safety and well-being.  Click here to listen to this interview with Judge Groves.
